Close to the Vondelpark, The Nieuw developed the design for “The Cold Pressed Juicery”. Big glass windows and the historic store facade of the corner building provided the framework for the interior concept. Spread across two levels, a combination of store, production and hospitality has been created.
Green tiles, untreated steel and a minimalist light installation (a section of citrus fruit) at the ceiling are translating the core values of the Juicery. The ambition to offer the purest, raw, cold pressed juices – implying the customer with a happier mind body and soul.
